I'm guessing that SBU refused to sign the confidentiality and non-disclosure forms. So this dude followed the advice from the book of Rahm Emmanuel which
states "It's easier to ask for forgiveness than it is to ask for permission." Except in this case the advice didn't work out so well.

Yeah... he is such a friggin loser... 1. he is a sleeze and 2. Did you notice this remark that he made.
