Okay, I finally took the time to sit down and look at the cast of the new upcoming season. The following are my initial observations after watching their interview videos. Naturally, they are all self-confident (that's to be expected), but I have tried to form a first impression from what I have observed. Of course, these opinions can and probably will change as the season progresses, but I thought it would be fun (and a time killer) to try to guess how well these guys and girls will do based solely on the videos that CBS has posted. Here goes…
Sydney, Carolina and Erinn don't impress me in the least. Pure eye candy.
Brendan annoys me with the way he talks. Don't like the dude.
James (JT) is a dude that I think I will like. Down to earth and similar to me.
Tyson…straight up, I don't like him. His cockiness and arrogance is annoying.
I kinda like Taj. Initially, she appeals to me.
Stephen seems okay. I think I might grow to like him; seems like he may become a real player of the game.
Sierra seems very nervous, rocking back and forth in her video. She looks to me like an early boot; just a gut feeling.
Sandy (Mama K) …I like her. Hope she does well.
Joe might do well and he seems to have the goods to go far.
Jerry : A hard working blue collar worker from an extremely large family. He's in the National Guard and seems determined to win.
Debra (Debbie). I believe she'll fit in well with the others, but I think the environment will be her downfall.
Candace: Nice rack…ask her, she'll tell you. I do, however, think she'll try to do well.
Spencer is a fast talker and looks physically fit. Better be for a young guy. I don't think he'll adapt well to food deprivation.
Benjamin is so full of himself that I believe it will wear on the other survivors (And I use the term 'survivor' very loosely). Hell, he's worn on me already!
