Castaways 2008 Weekend

Dear Survivor and Reality TV fans,
This year we have put together a great weekend for you with your favorite contestants from the Television show
Survivor and other Reality shows. The event will run from Thursday night to Sunday night.
Fans will have the option of purchasing an all inclusive VIP Immunity pass that will get you into each of the
events throughout the weekend. A description of each event is listed in this document. This years charity will
be announced shortly.
For this years event, all attendees will receive an event tee shirt,
commemorative photo of all castaways and a special auction ticket. We
will pull the wining numbers during the dodgeball event. In the order your
number appears you will be allowed to select the item of your choice. If
we have more items than attendees then we will sell additional tickets at
$10 each. Those additional numbers will be pulled after all attendees have
taken their initial item.
Some events include food, some include drinks and some include both. The hotel we are using this year is a
secret and all attendees will find out the hotel location 48 hours prior to the event. NO EXCEPTIONS. All
hotel reservations must go through me so contact me with your arrival/departure dates.

Carte. To save money and get the best value the Immunity pass is the way to go.
Purchase your All Inclusive Immunity pass early and save!!!
If purchased before June 30th the cost is $475.
If purchased between July 1st and August 31st the cost is $500.
If purchased between September 1st and October 31st the cost is $550.
All passes purchased after October 31st will be $600.
You can purchase ala carte tickets up until the time of each event. Prices are listed on the
following sheet.

Thursday Night
V.I.P. viewing party of Survivor Watch Survivor with your favorite Survivors
and other Reality contestants and enjoy a VIP party afterwards. Location TBA
Immunity Pass Included Ala Carte Cost: $75pp
Friday
Meet n Greet BBQ at the Hotel 2pm to 4pm (All hotel reservations must be
booked through Grant. At the time you purchase your ticket for the Castaways weekend you
will provide a credit card to secure your hotel. The hotel location will not be revealed until 48
hours prior to the event. The US Government has agreed to provide Black Hawk helicopters to
protect and secure the area so for the sake of security all attendees will be given the secret
location no sooner. This event includes a BBQ lunch at the hotel with the Survivors.
Immunity Pass Included Ala Carte Cost: $50pp
Reality Rumble 7:00pm to 9:30pm At the World Famous Gleasons gym in Brooklyn,
NY. You will board a coach bus from the hotel at 5pm. After the show the bus will stop for
dinner. Immunity Pass Included Ala Carte cost: $50pp
Saturday
Castaways Dodgeball event 1:00pm to 8pm (There is 3 parts to this event. 1)
Fans and Castaways will participate in a dodgeball tournament. 2) Castaways will participate
in a last man standing event. 3) Castaways will participate in a single elimination tournament
against each other. Dinner and drinks are included. The charity auction will immediately
follow dinner. Immunity Pass Included Ala Carte cost: $300pp
V.I.P. after Party 10pm to 2am (All attendees are invited to attend a V.I.P. reception
afterwards to join the castaways for drinks. Cash Bar

Sunday
New York Jets vs. St. Louis Rams game Sunday morning at 9am everyone
will board a coach bus from the hotel and travel to Giants stadium to share in a tailgate party
with the castaways and enjoy the game. Transportation, ticket, food, drinks and memories are
included. Immunity Pass Included Ala Carte Cost - $175pp
