Nah, I waffled a lot at the end and was sure Stephen was going to win....but then he started talking during FTC....I really expected him to do well with pleading his case.

Hopefully it will be noted that their "best winner ever", JT was an APPLICANT and their "most popular contestant ever", Ben was an APPLICANT(although I am not completely sold on that).

I liked Stephen a lot, but I am glad the winner was someone who actually APPLIED to be there.

Well, I dunno. I have missed Survivor 4 weeks in a row. NOT INTENTIONALLY THOUGH. Glad to know Deb got hers. Something about her that I just didn't like. I don't really see her as key in anyway.

I will be watching tonight. Though, Survivor has not generated the interest it once did for anyone but as diehards. They put people on there that are self-promoting, disinterested in the game and most of the time...............................plain and simple BORING.

Finally watched this week's episode except for the very end, tribal council. Will try to watch today, want to see the Sierra and want to see Coach and Debbie's reactions to her being blindsided. I do have to admit, although I hate the loved one visits normally, the editing on this one was actually done very well. It wasn't too bad. That is all.

I was out of town, but I did watch the show on my laptop. Love free wi-fi.

WMN, I missed the feathered jury... but I loved the jackets slung over their shoulders. I realized what they were doing when coach walked by with his jacket over his shoulder. I loved the look on his face as the votes were read, like he just realized that he has not been controlling this game after all.

I knew the minute that Debbie said "If I have immunity at final three I'll give it to one of you so I can be voted out. I want one of you to win and I'm fine with 3d place", that she was going. Especially after she was throwing Coach under the bus about him not caring about the money and she essentially was saying the same thing. It was the Brendan effect: when he said he wanted JT to win, it immediately raises eyebrows.

Debbie was ruthless and unpredictable,...

I do think they chose to get rid of Debbie over Coach b/c of the predictability factor. They would have risked Debbie approching Taj and Erinn for an all girl alliance and taken them out. Mr. Integrity would never approach Erinn or Taj.
LMAO at Coach's loved one being his assistant coach! And more of his lies "THEY call me the dragonslayer" No, dumbass, YOU call you dragonslayer. Thank you Jeff for calling him out on that!

why why why???? The only thing I can figure is 1) Coach is odious to the jury so a goat for the finals, or 2) Stephen used his predictable v. unpredictable-o-meter and decided Debbie was too much of a wild card? One thing Coach is, is predictable? Just *ugh* so OVER seeing this person in the game. And no, its not a "love to hate, so hey! It's good TV" scenario.....

eta: can't wait for the vids to show up on cbs.com tonight...
